Service Description
The Initial Consultation is a free 15-minute Video Call to allow us to acquaint each other and see if we are a good fit. Initial Consultation is a requirement prior to any energy healing services.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: We appreciate your interest in our healing services. Please read our booking policy carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience: Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time at no additional charge, subject to availability. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $40 cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to the full service fee. Booking Modifications: To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. You can reach us via email at nelumbo.shamanic.healing@gmail.com. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to accommodate other scheduled sessions. Please note: Payment is due within 24 hours of the start of your appointment and before services are rendered. We strive to provide a nurturing and respectful environment for all our clients.
