During my healing journey, I found the most holistic relief while meditating in Epsom salt baths and through the use of crystals in my day-to-day life. One day, while in a spiritual bath, I dreamed of a way that I could infuse crystals with loving intentions for specific purposes, and create bath melts that I could share with the world. After years of meditation, contemplation, research, and perseverance Nelumbo Shamanic Healing is born.
Spiritual Baths have been used for healing the body, mind, and spirit for thousands of years. The use of crystals for energy healing is rooted in ancient civilizations and Indigenous cultures all around the world, and in the late 20th century have regained its popularity for healing of the body, mind, and spirit.
At Nelumbo Shamanic Healing each crystal undergoes a meticulous process of cleansing, charging, and infusion with loving healing energy during an intention ceremony. This ensures that every crystal is infused with positive vibrations and intentions.
Our bath melts are meticulously crafted using these infused crystals, carefully selected essential oils, flowers, and herbs, each chosen for their specific healing properties and intended purpose. Our Story
A life connected to spirituality in a world that debates belief systems leaves many confused and destined for an inner search for truth.
As a child, raised in the communities of the Jehovah's Witnesses and the Anglican Church, my deep connection to nature gave me a sense that there was so much more to the world around me than what I was being told. In university, I explored various religious philosophies in search of an answer that would satisfy my burning question of what is truth.
Despite years of psychotherapy—including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy—I still felt a lingering unrest within. At 28 years old, after a traumatic event, I found myself questioning the meaning of life, existence, and other perspectives of the world around us. This led me into a deep painful journey of discovery—a spiritual awakening. While tumultuous, the challenges I faced provided profound lessons that guided me towards embracing my authentic self and shedding societal conditioning regarding who I was supposed to be, spiritual connection, beliefs, and alignment with source energy.
It was during this process and a period of intense personal growth that I discovered profound revelations and healing. Through my journey, I learned that true peace comes from within (during the chaos) and found solace in the healing power of love. Meditation, particularly hypnotherapy and trance work, became integral in my healing process, alongside crystal healing, energy healing, aromatherapy, and therapeutic baths.
My path took a transformative turn when I accidentally discovered my spiritual gifts through distance healing for a loved one. This serendipitous experience ignited within me a newfound confidence to not only embrace these gifts for my own healing journey and that of my loved ones, but also to share them publicly.
These experiences inspired me to create Healing Infused Crystal Bath Melts, a harmonious blend of modalities aimed at nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. Each product is crafted with intention to facilitate healing, relaxation, and spiritual renewal.
Founded in 2024, Nelumbo Shamanic Healing is born from this profound personal journey of healing and spiritual awakening. From a young age, I've been captivated by the beauty of crystals and the transformative power of nature. As a sensitive healer, I've always been attuned to the energies of others, which led me on a quest for deeper understanding and healing.
